I just don’t understand the logic of using the tea shirt arm length as the cut point. And how do they decide where that is if the player is wearing a long sleeve shirt? You can’t score with the top of your arm. Why not make it the top of the shoulder ?

Who cares if you can score with your head or top of your arm, if your head or top of your arm is past the defender but feet still behind then good for you. Its so dumb to try so hard to pull back goals that almost nobody has an issue with if they were allowed.
