What exactly is so broken about a worldcup every 4 years with euros in between every 4 years that they want to change? Have they said why they want to change things ?

It wasn't a prediction! It was a statement about Utd not being a very good side, if you would have watched any of their games then this is quite obvious to see. They have a squad of hugely talented individual players that do not play as a cohesive team. They are clearly struggling (and yet to play a decent side)
If they continue to play like this we have a chance of nicking 4th off them if we can build on our last couple of PL performances. We might not, we might continue to be inconsistent ourselves it hard to gauge because there is little to go off seeing Nuno's just got here (Ole is going into his 4th season and it's all so very predictable) but we are above them and as good as Brighton courtesy of their manager, I would be shocked if they remain in 4th.
4th is there for the taking IMO, that's completely realistic based off us improving as a team. Other Clubs too might well improve, one of those could be Utd but the football world has been waiting for almost a decade for that improvement to show it's face. It's possible Leicester might improve, same with Woolwich, West Ham or Everton.
However you analyze it 4th place is there for the taking by a number of clubs and we are one of those teams.
