I’m sure I have seen 500k plus quoted previously as what Sanchez is on a week at United.

Link says...
United paid Woolwich £30m for Sanchez and Henrikh Mkhitaryan headed to The Emirates in the same transfer window. So desperate were United to usurp fellow bidders Manchester City, it seems, that they offered a gigantic salary package to the Chilean. As Taylor notes:'Alexis Sánchez’s contract – £391,000 a week with an extra £75,000 for every game he plays and an annual £1.1m signing-on fee – is another indication of how far United are willing to go when a category-A player is available.'
That works out at around £490,000 per week for Sanchez, provided he plays regularly,

I think its fair to say United have had a very poor return on their huge investment.

Absolutely astonishing figures. And nobody thought these figures wouldn't make the previous high earners like Pogba unhappy ? Completely bonkers management at the top not to consider the ramifications and repercussions of smashing their previous wage structure.

It would be expensive if Sanchez played regularly for Manu and was reasonably successful there.

Hardly figuring in matchday squads and not doing that well when he does really emphasises what a bad deal it was. Astonishing that Manu haven't figured out how to play him to make the move a relative success.

The Manu fans I know can't wait for him to move dreaming up various swap deals for Bale, Neymar and any other high earners !

Llorente signed for Napoli, good luck to the big guy, hope he bags a few goals against Liverpool in the Champions League.
Good move for him anyway. Would have quite happily seen him at Spurs for another season but all the best to him in Italy.
Potential debut against his old club Juventus on Saturday night. Game is live on Premier Sports.

Celtic can now practically field a team of wide players/attacking midfielders although this probably means Scott Sinclair is for the off, been frozen out a bit recently.
