Mane's better. Everything Sterling can do, but stronger, can score headers, and doesn't have nearly the same number of howlers.
Comparison of their careers statistically shows Sterling and Mane are neck and neck in almost every category, with Sterling edging ahead in plenty.
Mane's been in better form & had superior recent seasons. But there's not a significant gap between them at all when you look at their respective peaks, and it's whether Chelsea (with Sterling taking on a more central role) can unlock that again.

When you look at Mane you can’t look just at his goals or assists because his best work is mostly off the ball.
He is not as good on the ball as either Son or Kane, you wouldn’t trust Mane to bury a chance above them, Mane however is insane off the ball, his pressing, his defensive work is a different level to any other forward in the game.
He was along with Van Dijk and perhaps Alison the key reason the Liverpool press was so brutal. It’s not just that Mane runs all game, it’s that he is perfect at timing his pressing. His pressing alone makes him a special player, not sure if he can sustain that though as he gets older.
