If City are interested, they'll get him.

Rice is surely more ambitious than Woolwich.

Yeh, never made any sense to me.........

If the obvious suspects get their shit together this seaosn then it's back to the top 4 battle for the scum.

Given the landscape of the last 2 years; I'd still consider Man U or Chavs the bigger move tbh.

This will heat up. Also United according to Rio Ferdinand close to Qatari takeover so they will be in the picture soon you would imagine. If Sullivan sells cheap to Arse for a quick sale he will regret it.

Woolwich missing out on Rice and Caicedo only to lose Partey to prison would be hilarious.

Would also add to the growing list of "Wow! Look at Woolwich" deals that didn't get done despite all the pre-emptive fawning over Kronke here.

Vlahovic
Caciedo (Jan 23)
Mudyric
Rice?
Caciedo? (Summer 23)

And the list of all their most expensive players leaving for free:

Mustafi
Sanchez
Ozil
Aubameyang
Lacazette
Partey?
Pepe?

Delicately, fine tuned strategy from all involved no doubt, but Matt Doherty leaves for free and it's a scandal though innit.

7 years no CL football and the first season they get it back these cunts can drop 100m on a world class player with no issues while we were getting constant (if not consistent) CL football and we didn't dream of ever going that big and being ambitious.

Ndombele was the peak of our high spending and when he flopped we dare not ever try spending as much again.

And another one bites the dust.......

Considering they didn't close a single deal on any of their top targets last summer I find it astonishing that you can get so wound up about the dealings of this Club.

Call it overly tribal, irrational or whatever, but I seriously think anyone caught fawning over them on here should receive a lengthy binning at the very least.

It's one thing to acknowledge that they've done alright, it's another entirely to revel in it and use it as a stick to beat our own club with, which a few are guilty of.

Even worse that most of the admiration was due to a fluke season where all of the traditional top clubs were beyond gash, they had a piss easy fixture list for multiple reasons, they received fairytale Leicester levels of good fortune, and their Manager is an absolute fucking space cadet of the highest order...

People now acting as though the season just gone is part of some amazing continuous progression due to thought out management, meticulous planning, and ambition. They were shite for years, and then fluked a decent season, but still bottled spectacularly it in the end anyway, with any luck they'll get relegated in a couple of seasons just like Leicester.

Cunts.

Some let their hate for our owners (because they haven’t delivered ten titles in a row for £3.75 a ticket) lead them to hold that lot up as the best there is. I personally find it pretty weird at best, sickening at worst.

I don’t think banning them is the correct thing to do as it’s better we know who they are, so we can keep an eye on the turncoat arseholes.

I like WinterWarrior WinterWarrior been on here for ages.

Sections of our fanbase are in their element right now (not Winter), I suspect this is the first time in their lives that they have gotten any engagement (Likes and reTweets), they found a little group of self-flagellation fans and this group just all support each other. The more disparaging they are to their own club, the more aggressive they can be about it the more support they get from each other. Over a period of time the machine spits them out and you get this........................

Wanting your biggest rival to be good because you have an agenda or wanting Tottenham to lose because you have an agenda

Not a perma-ban, but a decent amount of time in the bin to reflect and repent, and ultimately change their ways...

Levy and ENIC fanboys stinking up this thread as well,

Really don't understand where your optimism is coming from guys.

£50m for both Barnes and Madison?!

Can't pay £40m for a very good PL keeper with his best years ahead of him?

Possibly allowing our star player to leave on a FREE next summer?!

Yeah, nah, I'm going to remain ENIC Out thank you very much!

I know it sounds like 'tin hat brigade' but I just don't trust the 'link' between Pep & Arteta... and still think they would help eachother out given the chance...

IF Rice goes to City, I expect Pep to let Gundogan to go to the Arse... even his name works!! GunnerdoGun... I can see the t shirts being printed now!!

let's face it, the Arse team with EITHER Rice or Gundogan in it next season fills me with fear ...

then again, Rice opting for the Arse because he wants to 'stay in London' is exactly the same reason I'm clinging onto as to how we'll keep hold of Kane ..
so you can't have it both ways I guess!!

Gvardiol and Kovacic would be I have to admit immense signings for City. Their backline will be the best in the world and Kovacic is good in the 6 and the 8 role so could play further forward if needed.

Ederson
Akanji Ruben Dias Gvardiol
Stones/Kovacic Rodri/Kovacic

Seeing through all the recency hype and revision regarding Woolwich has nothing to do with ENIC.
