He has a good talent but is unhelpful. It is a loose cannon of the locker room. Lazio has had several quarrels: in 2017 with Hoedt (in training); in 2018 brawl in the after game with the coach Inzaghi. It has been two years since it has to be sold. Lotito (president) in 2016 refused a large sum from Manchester United (he wanted to raise the price), higher than today at West Ham.
Perfect fit, they love signing misfits, bottlers and moaners. Even if he is like Payet in his first season it won't last. Though I'm sure he loves West Ham and was a spanner as a boy and all that

Rugani is a good defender but seems to have character limits.
In fact he arrived at Juventus as a possible holder Caldara (24 years, excellent defender). Allegri tried to include Rugani but then often Barzagli preferred him, having 36 years often had physical limitations. Against Tottenham was ridiculed by Son but Allegri did not trust Rugani.
Sarri only wants players who have trained like Jorginho (Napoli).
Rugani had it at Empoli.
This is why Juventus wants to sell to Chelsea Higuain for € 60 million and Rugani for € 40/45 million for a total of over € 100 million.

You wot?

Higuain is a great striker, but at Juventus we are a little disappointed because in CL he was not as decisive as we hoped. On the contrary, Mandzukic in Serie A does not score 20 goals but in CL he is a killer. He has charisma, a tough character.

The Italian newspapers give Rugani a probable departure to Chelsea with Higuain.
I don’t not worry because we have excellent substitutes.
Good players but not phenomena. Instead, a possible departure from Pjanic worries me because in perspective it can become like Pirlo. Idem Alex Sandro: this year under tone but a potential champion.
