West Ham look to have won the race for Jarrod Bowen. The Hull City attacking midfielder is currently on his way to London for a medical ahead of signing a deal worth £20m.

We understand a deal between the two clubs has been agreed overnight. Personal terms are also agreed. Crystal Palace were thought to be his preferred destination, but we understand they are now concentrating on other targets.

Bournemouth have rejected a bid from Manchester United for Josh King.

It’s thought Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking at him as a possible replacement for the injured Marcus Rashford.

With 45 goals in 151 appearances he’s the Cherries top Premier League goal scorer. King played for Solskjaer in Manchester United’s reserves. He also represents Norway.

However, Bournemouth have rejected the bid because they feel he is crucial to their relegation fight.

Norwich have won the race to sign highly rated Coventry full-back Sam McCallum.

It is expected the defender will be loaned back to Coventry for the rest of the season. The deal is worth in excess of £3m and is expected to be confirmed by the club shortly.

Wolves defender Ryan Bennett is on his way to Leicester for a medical after the two clubs agreed a fee for the centre-back.

Bennett hasn’t taken part in Wolves’ final training session before tomorrow’s game against Man Utd and left the the club's base at around 1030 to complete the move.

I think the market is clearly showing signs that the price bubble is nearing its end.

a lot of the deals this January, both concrete and unfinished, are loans. With the prices so high clubs aren’t willing to throw a lot of cash without testing the product first. But small clubs will want to capitalize so they will have to reduce prices again soon unless they’re trapped in loan schemes of big clubs

Apparently La Liga are looking into giving Barca an exemption from the transfer window, allowing them to sign a striker as long as they are either out of contract or already playing in La Liga. Because of their injuries in attack.

Youth much?
