I still can’t believe we pretty much got him in a swap for a RB we no longer wanted.
Best signing so far, really is true that best things in life are (almost) free!

Heh.. me too. He is a good player. And a great buy. My new worry is what of something happens to him.I can't remember the last time I was so badly wrong about a player. Transforming this team. Doesn't get the headlines but turning into the most vital cog in this side. Fucking quality.
We will miss him more than any other player now imo.Heh.. me too. He is a good player. And a great buy. My new worry is what of something happens to him.
Amazing he’s stayed under the radar, and amazing he was being wasted in Southampton.Seriously what a fucking player , why was no one else in for him? Or is this a case that Jose has a very good eye for a player?
I really hope we stop buying plodders from relegation fodders!
Bar his first two games he's been great. He is still however a conundrum for me because our midfield is absolutely not fixed and every game we allow teams to play through us. I know a midfield one doesn't work and perhaps it's those other players around him that are needed to step up but I don't know what it is with him, maybe he should sit more but will that mean our midfield is less dynamic (it's relatively anaemic at best)?
What I'm really craving to see is him, Lo Celso and Ndombele start a game for the first time this season and then reassess I guess.
Was wondering what Tanguy was doing there upfront in Kane’s position, it was bizzare.Playing Ndombele higher up todaywas horrible.... Hopefully it was just to keep him out of trouble after the silly yellow, but the Sis/PEH/Ndom trio works much better as a 433... Kane was SO deep at times today and seeing Tanguy trying to press from what was virtually a CF position was a bit sad (that kind of dynamism just isn't in his locker).
Doherty? Winks? Davies?Since I called him bang average in our opener he’s been the bollox
pretty much MOM every game since
who else can I call shit ?
