He played with Bastoni, Barrella etc. at Inter. Also made Pogba at Juve. He wants players that fit the system, age doesn't matter for him. I expect that our midfield will look something like PEH - Skipp - Sissoko based on the midfielders he used at Inter.

Edit: Now that I think more of it, I really think Rodon would become a great defender under Conte in a 3 man defence.

At the first half of the season, he used Brozovic - Barrella - Vidal as his midfield, basically 3 engines. Sissoko is a donkey, but when he wants, he runs a lot and covers for the RWB, who I'd guess would be Doherty. Conte wants wing-backs and midfielders that run non-stop, so these 3 with Reguilon and Doherty fit the bill.
