I was thinking to myself, why would he be interested in managing a team in the Europa Conference League, and then I realised, so is Mourinho and they absolutely hate each other. Maybe the allure of reigniting that rivalry is tempting 😂

10 goals in 31 appearances for city this season is worrying , I’m not sure how the stats back it up but if he is only scoring 10 in that city team how would he do for us?
I’m pretty sure you could put Vincent Jansen in that city team and he would get 10 goals !

There are times when you should be hard in negotiations and I understand if you are overpaying by 3m every time that it adds up but in this case pay what it takes to get it done, assuming he is the guy you want.

Yeah, I think it would be fair to pay over the market rate for conte. He's taking a major career risk to take on the spurs job.

He 100% wants to join us to show Mourinho that he’s much better than him. I’m fucking down for it. Rome wasn’t built in a day but we can rip it down over two legs.

That is his lowest season and it isn't like he is old so more likely a down season than a sign he is falling off and it was the 2nd highest total so plenty of other guys that couldn't match the hypothetical Janssen production.

WIth 18, 17, 20 PL goals the three seasons before and him only being 26 with no major injuries I think there are very good reasons to think that it was a down year not a drop off in future play.

And again, much like me being ok with Jesus, who are we getting that is better?

Although I don't think Sterling is actually a realistic option anyways just a name to generate views/click/talking points.
