There he explained how they watch potential coaches for a long time and want a certain playing philosophy (agressive, fast, attacking) so you could recognize the team even without shirts or players faces. That way only take coaches who buy into this idea and also played that way in other clubs with great player coherence would be considered. They and also buy players who have quick thinking to fit the system. Comparing this to our approach its like night and day.
