It really is. This manager saga has made it pretty clear that Gold is not the oracle of Delphi that some fans paint him as.

Honestly, I really want a fresh start with the management and a new dynamic in the dressing room. If it means Conte or TH as well as Kane leaving (with hopefully lots of the deadwood!) and some new signings, so be it. The whole First Team operation failed last season so nothing should be off the table.

Sorry John, I disagree. You like to blame Levy for everything, but in reality life isn’t like that. At this point I am surprised you haven’t blamed him for the emergence of COVID-19 or the eventual heat-death of the universe. Levy was slow to sell and buy, but Pochettino wanted more power than he could actually use, was a bad judge of players and too picky, which meant we couldn’t refresh quickly.

People seem to think that he has a open line of communication with the club. But it is pretty obvious that they give him news when they need to or feel like it.Yeah

I’m pretty much in agreement, I feel this squad is still burdened by everything that happened in that Champions League run and the tragic sacking of out noble leader Poch. We need to shift a lot of players (too many really)
Maybe PSG really do just like Poch. 2 trophies in half a season really is fine and he seems to be popular with the players. I can't imagine they'd want to jump on the managerial merry go round now either.

I would maybe take a punt on Jesus if it was £30 million as I would like to see what he could do being a number one striker at a club and playing regularly, and let’s be honest we could do a lot worse if we are residing to the fact Kane is gone , but Sterling ? If Poch really wanted to come he’d of come out and said so by now publicly. He hasn’t, so doesn’t. Time to move on.
He works for Telefoot, who are a big football paper/site in France. He's probably as connected as anybody else over there.
Another fact that we have to think is that Poch also loves PSG. he was a very estimated player there before all the cash and this was always a dream job to him. If he asks to leave after six months he will very likely never get another chance of managing there and actually achieving success in France. He won’t throw a fuss and we shouldn’t pay over 20M to get a manager. Levy needs to move on quickly.
