Don't think Poch rates many of our outfield World Cup attendees as match fit. Looking at minutes played and what they accomplished pre season I think Naughton, holtby, lamela, soldado and eriksen nailed on to start against the spammers. As for Jan though depends maybe on who we can play if he ain't ready. I did mention in another thread that it wouldn't be long before Dawson got an opportunity to play again. Didn't realise it could be the first game of the bloody season.

Anyone wonder if it is part of Poch's plan to keep the World Cup guys out for the start of the season intentionally so they don't get worn done for the stretch run?
