Progress.

1. Clear system implemented that isn't boring as fuck (AVB) and for that matter is quite easy on the eye when the players action it properly.
2. Development and improvement of certain player such as Rose as well as bringing in more good young players like Dier.
3. Much fitter squad, don't gas out in the second half which for Spurs is a change.
4. More young players coming through and it seems we have a cohesive development plan.
5 Not really to do with poch but new training facilities built with stadium, player lodge etc on the way as well as Paul Mitchell and several other scouts hired.

All in all we look like we have direction which is nice.

Issues:

1. Players seem to lack motivation against 'smaller' teams, why do we need to play Arse, Citeh or Chavs to put on a show, some of them really need a kick in the butt. Maybe Poch needs a nasty number 2.
2. Poch has made some tactical errors, Florentina being the prime example. Hopefully as a manager like a player experience will improve him.
3. System of hard pressing and ball rentention not suited to a lot of the sqaud, some players clear not good enough and the balance doesn't always look right. Need a Schniederlin and also a David Silva type player to make it work more IMO.

Why do you want Poch sacked?

The progress we've made thus far is not measured in league position (though this hasn't been sacrificed either). Rather, where we were drifting listlessly a year ago we now have direction, and a foundation for continued improvement. Performances like Chelsea and Woolwich (and even City) did not happen at all last year, happened sporadically this year, and will hopefully happen more consistently next year, to use just one example. This transfer window will obviously be important but overall progress is clearly being made. Until another summer and half season passes at the very least it's too early to make any kind of meaningful judgment, no matter how badly some people are dying to spew their personal assessments from the terraces or their sofa.

At what point is criticism of our manager allowed? Is it the same rules as the thread calling ENIC a shower of cunts, or the one calling Adebayor an arsehole?

Same people who wanted Tim out even before his first game in charge too in some cases....

The funny thing is, it mirrors the way the Soldado debates went down...."Soldado needs time and love. Support the team and players. But fuck Ade the cunt"

Where are all his fans though now? Its not about slagging off Poch (or Soldado) then sitting back and hoping to win an argument later in the future.

Its a simple observation of how things are. Denying faults doesnt make you more patient or less irrational.

Who's Ade in this scenario then?

Can't see it mirrors how the Soldado debate went down anyway, considering Poch has done more positive for us than Soldado ever will.

this season is progress from the last season from what matters and what is important for us at the moment is that. But we went backwards in my opinion since Redknapp left in 2011. Not saying redknapp should come back of course or that we shoulnd't have fire him because it was the right decision at that time.

I agree that Tim was certainly written off too soon without a chance to prove himself although I feel Tim while doing a very effective care taking role did manage to alienate many fans with his shall we say forward manner.

The issue of Sherwood is the same as Kane and Bentaleb. Spurs fans had grown accustomed to having no managers or players coming out of the club and buying eveything, the same fuck you given to Sherwod was equally given to Bentaleb by the fans.

Chris Ramsay made the point about us giving a £20 million signing all the time in the world while giving a youth player no time to prove themselves. Hopefully that issue is now resolved and we stop cunting off our young players.

I expect going forward we won't be sucking bobbys dick when he plays shit for 20 games in a row and then cursing a youth player when he dares have one bad game. This was a lesson in hypocrisy for many Spurs fans but the lesson has been learned and hopefully all our players will be judged by a similar yardstick in the future.
