A bit excessive in my opinion.

I think there has been systemic issues since the Pochettino cycle, where poor decisions have been made, partly to appease Kane, which in hindsight weren't good for the club or Kane

Then more recently, the choice of the previous manager and his entourage simply came when the ask was very different. Again, that is with the benefit of hindsight to some degree but it's also something that became obvious quite quickly.

Why I agree with your sentiment is that in waiting 6 weeks longer than we should have done to dismiss the previous incumbent, it revealed wholesale incompetence.

It's left us in a precarious situation, with no certainty of survival and nothing to suggest that if we do (as we still should) avoid the drop, that time will make a material difference.

I think at this stage. ENIC are praying we stay up, so they can get maximum value for the club.

Whatever happens ENIC won't be tolerated.
So is losing 8-2 on aggregate in one season against our bitterest rivals!

Eze spitefully scoring more goals in 2 NLDs than WE have in the last 5...!

I'm feeling excessive right now! ...and not in a good way!

I do subscribe to the notion that just 1 or 2 wins should (in theory anyway) do us the world of good, and I think if we got 2 wins in the next 4 or 5 games for example we should end up by hook or by brook picking up enough points between now and the end of the season to stay up eventually. The trouble is, in our current form, with a team decimated by injuries, where confidence is absolutely through the floor, with seemingly no grit, balls or determination to get out of this mess (unlike the other clubs around us who know what it takes to get out of these situations), it is just impossible to see where any of those wins come from at the moment. It's very very grim and at the moment it just feels inevitable. Just got to hope those 1 or 2 wins come from somewhere, fast.
You maybe right trouble is, I can't see this lot getting 1 or 2 wins against anyone, even wolves have more fight than we do.
I will actually be surprised if, the club stays up now, changing manager was too little too late.

Yes I'm sure we would. But picking up any wins at the rate we're going looks like a very big ask.

I get that mate.

It pains me that we are the easiest team to play against. That Eze bizarrely scores against us in both games - 5 goals, which says so much about this club.

ENIC have to go but for now all that I care about is seeing us survive.

As Alexei says 'simples'

His only 5 league goals btw, hasn’t scored in any other game.

It’s actually pretty fucking incredible.

Mental that we have picked up just under 14% of our points this season from Man City and
Helped the Gooners with an 11 point
Swing in the process! :ange-hands-head:
Go Away GIF

Those are our four cup finals and the games we should target to win above all the others. The other fixtures don’t matter in a way if we win those games. We almost need to target them and not worry about the rest. Too much jeopardy doing that though.
Totally agree , but I can see them having problems just getting up to go to the game .
Serios questions about how motivated this group of players are .
I'm not a religious man but I'm praying I'm wrong about this group of players .

That's why I honestly believe that bloke you so disliked is literally odds-on to score next Wednesday. In fact if you bet put money on it.

It is just us, but as long as we maintain the 4 points between us and West Ham after the next 3 games (although it should/needs to widen to a preferable 6), all fine.

I thought he'd scored 6 (5 against us) but yes, either way, it's bordering on spiteful!
Yeh he has actually been a failed signing to some extent other than just the two games against us, quite a number of really bad performances. Dr Tottenham in full help mode.

Well God moves in mysterious ways.... Just ask Eze...
No wonder he thanks him every fucking time he scores against us!

We'd statistically need to have one of the worst runs in premier league history to go down.

Like Derby 2007-08 or Southampton last year bad.

I just don't think this team is bad enough for that.

2 wins in 18 games must be heading towards one of the worst runs in PL history no? That’s where we are right now.

The most frightening thing about the current situation is that we already look like a lower league side. Losing to West Ham, drawing with Burley, getting battered by Forest. We are already playing like a League One team in the FA Cup. Totally unable to land any punches or stop the opponent scoring.

We are absolutely bad enough to get relegated. Who exactly is going to lose to us right now? How is that going to happen? The worst teams are already taking points off us and getting better results.

Given the apparently bonkers and inexplicable way that clubs get handed points deductions for , checks notes , “ Financial Irregularities “ ; it’s not too soon to say that both Boro and Ipswich go down with Sheffield Weds .

The rest of the world seems to be going as completely mad as Football “governance” right now ; so I wouldn’t want to bet against anything happening anymore .

The lack of urgency is astonishing. The idea that they didn't want to sign players due to a bloated Champions League squad is now, especially with hindsight, dire incompetence. They are training with 13 players. Recall the loan players for goodness sake board. Wake up!!

Nothing I disagree with but that can be said of all teams who go through similar.

Tudor has had one. Unbelievably difficult match.

Let's hope by the time we play Fulham and rhen Palace that we are able to find a way.

My biggest concern is that we have no spark. Not one player who stands up. It's incredible for this club.

But you are right.

As of now we our squad is top tier Championship. As a few players come back we’re probably bottom half. Maybe by April almost everyone may be back, then we’re probably mid table. It might be too late by that point.
