8 mill a year, 3 year contract. Usually it's obligatory, unless we and Frank agreed to some kind of performance clause tho that usually only comes in at the end of the season, not making top 6 etc

Basically 2 ways of settling things.
Come to a negotiated settlement, complete with NDA and then manager able to work immediately for another club, or
Just in effect put on garden leave and keep paying them monthly, when they get another role, we would stop paying them if new contract better, or pay up the difference, either as a one off or still monthly, that our contract would have offered above what their new club contract is worth.
But don’t for one minute think Chelsea are paying Rosenior 6.5 or 10 years salary. There will have been break clauses. Will be 2 or 3 max in my view.
