If de Zerbi stays we'll walk the Champo by at least 10 points. Happy to put money on it too![]()
Hope you're right! I'm still not convinced DeZerbi won't walk away if we do get relegated. He's looked liked we're holding him hostage ever since he arrived.

Daniel must be in a state. His money going down the pan and he can do nothing about it.This will hurt them, not winning a trophy or being competitive they couldn't care less about.
Losing out TV money and global exposure of the prem, along with the sponsorships u can negotiate ruins there investment if they're out of the big league for long
Don't see it, west h getting mentioned. But we operate in different circles financially
I just don't envision a club of this size hanging about in the championship even with the chuckle brothers at the wheel
It's not just incompetence. It's what we've become.I wish I shared your confidence, but I think their incompetence has no bounds
We was only a small cog in the larger Enic Wheel Of Fortune. It's not just incompetence. It's what we've become.
With all the lucrative NFL, boxing, and numerous sell out non sporting events ENIC no longer need a Premier League football club.
We (the FC) has served its purpose.
Going up is one thing. Staying up (especially with a Championship squad) is another.
If we couldn't attract elite players while being in the PL how can we persuade tham to join a newcomer? Our only hope is to discover hidden gems and/or our players currently on loan.

It is really an astonishing story and a thing you see in a hollywood movie. I cannot stop thinking about it and feeling astonished at how the #(^#% did we reach to this mess.
10 years ago, remember the final day at WHL? The farewell party under the rain with all the legends in attendance?
Remember the promise of this being a "game changer"????? Remember the rainbow towards the end?
Turns our it is one of, if not THE, biggest heist job ever. Think of Enron, Lehman Brother, Bear Sterns and the likes. Took these weasels 10 years to collapse and kill the club. They are gonna cash in on all the properties they assembled in the area, make whatever they can from the club sale, and get away with it.
They NEVER intended to compete, or spend. The managers who complained about the recruitment and buying proper players (starting with Poch, then Mourinho, and Conte) who were actually given plastic knives to fight against steel swords, were let go.
They were selling a mirage to everyone to sneak in their grant scheme. Just like their history of documented frauds. Levy was let go because the thieves started fighting on the spoils of their scheme, and when to sell and run away and who gets how much.
All the fans calls, screams, agonies, protests (if any), and pain means NOTHING to these ghouls. They took the club, the fans, and the government for a ride it seems.
I am sure a book is gonna come out in not the very far future talking about it.
It's going to be a very interesting 3 or 4 years. Go down, a massive clear out on the playing side and then let's see what De Zerbi can build. We'd still be richer than at least half the teams in the premier League.
You don't need elite players to avoid relegation, just a good manager which we have, and Lange out. One season in the championship doesn't turn the club suddenly into a Fulham level entity![]()

Better to stay up for sure, but it's not going to happen.Better to stay up and stutter our way gradually up the league imo , a bit like Villa have done .
But that’s just my opinion.
I can think of 60 million reasons as to why he'll stay.Hope you're right! I'm still not convinced DeZerbi won't walk away if we do get relegated. He's looked liked we're holding him hostage ever since he arrived.
To stay up, team will need to win 3 out of the last 4 , that’s not going to happen to a team that has won 2 in 16.
I agree although I also think they have severely underestimated the impact relegation would have on their assetIt's not just incompetence. It's what we've become.

The 21st is the anniversary of Bilbao so of course it'll be then!
It's also my birthday and I can't think of a worse way to spend it than watch us get relegated at Stamford Bridge.![]()

Why 3 wins? We need to get 2 more points than west ham that's it. West ham could easily only get 3/4 more or even less from their 4 remaining games. In that scenario 2 wins would do it
