Player Richarlison

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

The trouble with him is more than injury, he's been ineffective even when fully fit. That could be explained many ways I suppose, but there's no a lot of difference to the club when Richarlison has been available and when he hasn't.
that's not true though is it, although awful in his first season when fit last season he produced. 15 goal involvements in 28 appearances is pretty substantial

He had an 8 game stretch last winter where he was firing, but he's only scored 2 goals in the league for us outside that. (against about 30 starts)

Richarlison would get injured having a bad dream about playing a match.

I feel for him, as you can tell he wants to play football, especially for Brazil. But something is inherently wrong with either his body or his mind.

I don't know why, but my brother is convinced there's a story going round that he's gay. Not one I've heard anywhere at all.
But 'd imagine if there was some truth, as a footballer in a very homophobic world, it must be hard as fuck to cope with.

Gay or not, he is injured too much. No value to us whatsoever.

Didn't I read that his injury record pre SPURS
season 1 no GIF by Dream Corp LLC

No it’s not substantial it’s bang average and a worthless statistic when you consider he’s been fucking garbage outside of those 28 appearances.

He’s a fucking, worthless shithouse of a player and the sooner he’s fucked off the better.

The number of half-wits who find every excuse under the sun for this joker is laughable.

So he was good when he appeared and worthless when he didn't appear?

Unless you're sticking with:
No it’s not substantial it’s bang average

In which case I'm not sure how 0.9 non-penalty goal involvements per 90 is bang average; it was 4th best in the league behind Olise, De Bruyne and Jota, and ahead of Watkins, Haaland, Foden, Palmer, Nunez, Bailey, Salah and Son. (In fact if you only look at players that played more than 1400 minutes he was the best in the league, because he actually played more minutes than Olise, De Bruyne and Jota).

Yes his availability is an ongoing liability. And yes there are elements of his game that have room for improvement. But let's not pretend that he was only bang-average when he did turn up for us last season.

And no for the record I'm not saying we should keep him. It's just sad seeing fans disrespecting Spurs players, especially when there is no substance to it.

the people at Spurs who thought this guy was worth £60M needed to be questioned and sacked
there was nothing in this guys EPL record ( Everton watford) to show he was worth anything near that money
the money is hard earned yet thrown away like confetti

Where’s this gay stuff come from ? He was in a bad place when his ex girlfriend broken up with him a few years back.

I think we want shot & he want gone too . Don’t even know what his injury is anymore

It is so frustrating he is injured as our squad would be so much better with him fit. I am hoping Ange will trust Lankshear in his absence as Solanke simply cannot play 95 mins twice a week.

His recurring injury problems is, yes, a huge problem for both Spurs and for him. He won't fulfil his big dream of making the Brasilian WC squad if he keeps on getting injured as often he he's had during his time at Spurs; so it may even be better for his international career if he left for the Saudis, a much less rigorous league, where he most probably won't be injured as often and thus stand a bigger chance of making the Brasilian WC squad.
