Player Richarlison

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Getting rid of him will give the club a lift.
He is synonymous with laboured turgid football.
He might even do ok for a lesser or different team.
But like Johnson he is just an awful watch
In lots of ways and awful footballer.
There should be 20% off ticket prices when he plays.

lol I see you've finally woken up then and basically saying what we've all been saying for ages

Ironically a very smart finish but his performances are really stinking the place out. Looks like he's running in treacle and seems just incapable of anything resembling hold up play.

Like his character but he's just not good enough.

And if he has that one good game in five, it's never going to be consistent enough for us - nowhere near it.

This is exactly the type of player we must stop signing.

I thought that was one of his worst performances for us today, everything breaks down with him.

Really tidy finish, but a nightmare CF display.

Can't be here next season, we need big changes in attacking positions starting with Richy.

Richy’s only area of effectiveness is in the box. He needs to shoot or head instinctively. Expecting him to hold the ball up, run with it or do anything more outside the area is a tall order, and that’s why he’s so limited as a forward.

Levys greatest sin was having Kane for 10yrs and winning nothing, that was until he replaced him with Richarlison, doing that took it to a complete new level of incompetence. Needs shifting out of the club and the sooner the better.

He completely missed a header in the first half that was easily our best chance, not just missed the target, but missed the header, he is nowhere near the level required and never will be.

Ironically that was actually a good day for hold-up play by Rich's standards. Most games the ball just bounces off him or he falls on the floor. He actually did some functional link-up play at times and was *shock horror* completing more passes than not.

Thing is, he only even manages that level about 1 in every 5 starts, and even on a good day he's bang average on the ball compared to proper PL strikers.

Scoring a routine goal and celebrating like he’d just won the World Cup final, only to get himself booked and add extra time. And what happens? Man U equalise. It’s embarrassing. When you over-celebrate like that, you're asking for it to come back and bite you on the ass. Celebrate when the final whistle blows, not before you’ve actually finished the job.

For me, I don't mind so much, that emotion is what they hold onto for the next time. I don't think it was his celebration that gave Manure enough time to score (and he wasn't marking de ligt), but it's a bit daft none the less.

When he scored, my wife and I were talking and didn't catch the goal. She - being a big Richy fan - demanded that I post to tell all of you to suck it, but then when we caught the replay she was embarrassed for him and demanded I not post anything.
