Yes, confidence is on the floor...probably largely down to trying to force a system that is never going to work with the players at this club. You need fucking good wingers to play 3 up top, if you haven't got that then forget it. Do something that suits you, all this muggy trying to copy other teams is a joke, footballs become boring.
And you can forget about this team playing a single pivot in that 4-3-1-2, we have no-one to pass the ball from deep, we're fucked either way lol
In our current situation I think we need what little we have in terms of creativity on the pitch. Loading up with our CMs will get us nowhere in my view.
But it will make us more solid, at the minute we are fragile in the middle all to try and play with wingers who offer us fuck all. The wingers are not creating, they're not good footballers. Also more likely to score with two strikers in the box not one...
2/3rds of season is on Frank. He coached no attacking patterns other give the ball to kudus, long throws and corners. Now people say we are very fit. Ffs what was he doing with all those coaches.
Surely we have to more pro active and give it a go otherwise what was the point of changing 2 managers.
Rdz needs to live up to his image. If we are to go down then at least go down fighting.
rdz to me although a good coach is on a win win. Does he really have the heart to drag us out of relegation. I still maintain we needed someone with a club back ground and who may be just may be felt the pain. Rdz would have been a contender in the summer along with Poch, irola, nanglesman, glasner and a whole host of other top coaches. We had beg for him to come now as they fucked up getting Tudor and we’re desparate. If get no result v Brighton may as well just give up and prepare for champo. I was so disappointed in our approach on Sunday. Sunderland were crap yet we let them have the ball and control the game. 3 weeks off a lot of players back rested etc we should have really pressed the shit out of them.

Mangers , players, coaches, directors the lot who have been crap and got us into this mess but some on here thought they were all good.
We don't have the players to go proactive, which is why the managerial appointment is so fucking baffling.
100% that’s his remit and to show some master plan to get us out. Not being passive in games. Shows us the money. However as I have said what is his incentive.

I just can’t see how we will score goals. Of the available players there is nobody who can pick a pass, nobody with pace, nobody who can dribble, nobody who can strike the ball with any venom.
It’s mad to think that players like Erik Lamela, Nacer Chadli and Lucas Moura would be our best players by an absolute mile if they were in our squad today.
Solanke, Tel, Xavi, Muani, Richarlison, they are all the same mediocre level. They would be on the bench for a team like Fulham yet they are starting-level players for us. That’s why we are getting relegated. Since the stadium opened we have gradually replaced all our special players with mediocre players, and all our mediocre players with shit players.

It just, strange. Any managers once they come to us will mellow down into some meek sheeps. Mourinho, Conte, Tudor, De Zerbi. I would have thought they will carry their fiery nature to our club, but no. I always thought hmm maybe the club is such a lovable peaceful place their temperament has dialled down. But over time, I just want some fire in them but it's completely gone. I think the duvet has to be blamed lol.
