Almost sure? I'd be amazed as we know how it usually goes for us with 'big' signings of this type - £14m for Dzeko is crazy because he's shit apparently despite being proven at the top level, whereas £20m for Beharino is the going rate because he's young and has promise. Fingers crossed as usual. Luck comes into everything but we gamble madly at times yet not when it comes to a certain profile of player arguably less of a risk.
Rumors I saw said that Pulis is allowing the bid now. 20£ plus 100€ per week I believe. If this actually happenes, (Which is likely now) I think we will actually have a decent squad for the season.
I think Pulis will have to accept it if that's what Berahino wants, not the best idea to keep an unhappy player around.
My only concern is where Berahino goes, can any club from last season's top 6/7 being interested at the last minute tbh.
This is the guy that levy has to get over the line next week. I'm not having this transfer deadline day bullshit. We need him in before the weekend so we can go into leicester with a striker to compliment Kane. We have Njie to provide the pace we crave but we now need a striker to play with Kane. I think Berahino has the pace and ability to be that man.
That last sentence is true. Kinda reminds me on how Woolwich tried to sign N'Jie in the last minute . I don't know of any other clubs that want Saido atm other than Newcastle, but they already accepted the fact that they won't get him. The only other big club I would see even want him at this point is ManU. Only because of their striker problems as well. The others already have good enough strikers IMO.

Berahino will have his head turned and as they window draws to a close, he'll put pressure on West Brom by stating he wants to leave.
Levy will then come back with an £18m "last offer", which West Brom will again reject.
Berahino will be furious at West Brom, tells them to let him go etc etc.
We'll bid £20m last minute, West Brom will deem it as a last chance to get a decent price for him (contract is up the end of next season?) and viola.
