Davies has been a good servant. Doesn't complain, gets on with it and has had some great games for us.
He started alot of games in our most successful ever Premier League season. Same amount as Danny Rose infact.
Gets a bit of a hard time due to his style as opposed to his actual ability. But as he can play left back or at centre back in a 3, he can be pretty valuable with his experience.
I look forward to seeing Reguilon though. Do prefer an exciting attacking full back.

Amidst the Reguilon excitement let’s not forget Ben D has been dependable for us for years.
I love how the defensive side of his game is as good as attacking. Made some amazing tackles. We have signed quite the player!
I thought after the first couple of games that he was great in the attacking third of the pitch but suspect as a defender.
So pleased to be proved wrong - or he's improved his defending hugely since being at Spurs.
Either way he's now an excellent modern day LB both defensively and attack wise.

I don't want to be too reactionary on Reguilon after today's game. He's one of the players I suspect could thrive next season under a good manager.
This kid's reaction to his shirt is just about the best I've ever seen.

Also, just brought it home that whatever was reported in the least couple of days on Danny Rose, he is 100% gone now, that WAS his number.
A real shame he had to be such a dick. Had he just shut his mouth he would have left a well-loved player who had been here a long time.
