I have come to terms with Frank.

Silva just rubs me up the wrong way, seems like a little shit. Silva or De Zerbi would just be cunt city.

Best we can hope is Frank and if he fail then get Pochettino back for next summer.

Realistically, based on past sackings, any manager who signs on with us can only expect to go 12 months if that, if he does not win anything! It's like drinking out of a poisoned chalice! If he wants to stay on he will have to be a yes man and nothing further.

Feels like Paratici's move behind all these all over again. Scattergun approach.
Yet people were excited for this clown to come back. Every successful DOF in world football today has a plan in place, a style of play, they have an idea of how the team should play and hire coaches and build a team around that idea. Paratici is just Harrio Redknappio, he hires people from agents he knows, from within his connections. Will they fit the squad? Who cares they’re available and the agent owes him a favour. Is there a a style of play or clear plan for the managers? Fuck no, we’ll just cycle through a list of wildly different, wildly varied coaches until one sticks.
