To Hull with Bowen coming our way?

To me that would be a decent deal, probably with a little cash (< £10m) going Hull's way as well.

We don't necessarily need another AM now but its an HG player which would allow us to consider the futures of overseas trained player and often injured Lamela, as well as perhaps Moura, freeing up an overseas trained player place. Bowen would be a good AM with the ability to stand in as striker - as a winger/striker his goals record is frighteningly good, far better than players he might replace - only thing he doesn't have probably is raw pace, but with Son and Bergwijn we don't necessarily need another speedster..

Under current Fifa regulations no players under the age of 18 can move to clubs in another country, unless they are moving within two countries in the EU or European Economic Area (EEA). On January 31 2020, ( ie 3 days time), the UK will leave both blocs.

I've seen nothing from PL or clubs, but unless FIFA rules are changed, then PL clubs will not be able to recruit u18's from european countries, including Republic of Ireland (so no more Troy Parrott's).

Wonder if PL clubs wake up call will come when they sign an u18 player from Europe and find FIFA decline to give the youngster the international clearance he needs to play !?

KWP getting the loan he needed for years.

Maghoma released so he can play football at a better level.

Austin getting a loan.

Sort out Parrott and Skipp now and Mourinho has done wonders with our youth.

Hopefully Skipp is given a loan and Parrott signs a new deal when he turns 18 and gets game time with the u23s again.

I just hope it isn't too little too late for KWP.

He should have been playing regularly for the last 2 years at least, if not even 4 years. Only way for him to progress.

Can see it in my amateur experience too - had a couple of young lads join the team. First time they were playing the adults game, and they started out pretty much at the same level. One was committed and was able to be available for every match. He's in his third season and is only now looking like he truly belongs there. The other one, missed a lot of games and is lagging way behind. Still plays the game as if he's a youth team player. No amount of training can replicate playing competitive matches.

That just leaves Georgiou of the 1997 born still at the club.
Here's all the 1998 born still here:

Sterling, Kazaiah 09/11/1998
Tracey, Shilow 29/04/1998
Whiteman, Alfie02/10/1998
Foyth12/01/1998

Luton are bottom of Championsip on 24 points and 6 points from safety, so think CCV will get a lot of games to add to the 90 odd he's gained with Swansea, Ipswich and Sheffield United ands Stoke.

Think he's got about 18 months left on his contract and at age 22 think this summer he will be sold, as cannot see a way back to Spurs. Shame as he looked very good at u23 level (often with Dominic Ball now at QPR as CB partner) when Poch first arrived, but not progressed since.

Georgiou hasn't made much impression at Ipswich so he may struggle to get another club sadly - looked ok as left winger and LB without standing out at either.

This is very random, but I think there may be something going on with Luis Binks/Montreal Impact. He shares the same agent as their manager, who happens to be Thierry Henry.

Georgiou has always struck me as a L2 or below player tbh.

Lincoln are League 1. Mid table. 8 points off play offs but 15 points clear of relegation.
Got a good feeling about this loan for TE.
Let's not forget that under Poch he was on the fringe of the 1st team for a while.

He's another player who was seriously promising until he hit the U23s. Hope he can get back to where he was.

It's refreshing to finally see our youth players get some game time or loans out. Hopefully these are well thought out loans where our players get some great minutes playing football that suits them.
