FIFA announce new loan regulations which fully come into force in 2024, allowing a couple of years for clubs to adjust (eg. Chelsea) - limit of six players loaned in and six loaned out, maximum duration of 1 year.

Won’t affectchelsea much either. They seem to have adjusted their policy as this has been in the pipeline for 2 years. Currently just about in the numbers.
