Thats not a post worth a disagree, its more of one for the binI'm expecting the "Disagrees" for this but this is my genuine fear and opinion which i'm entitled to,
I hope in 9 Months time someone is coming back to this and saying to me "Told you so you fucking mug", unfortunately i cant see it.
I feel the way things are going we will be struggling for a top half finish this year never mind top 4-6, Top 4 is DEFINITELY out of the question there is not enough creativity,fight,experience in the squad to live with the "Top Teams" i feel we are being looked upon now as an Everton/Stoke type of club and this will also mean losing some of the gems already at the lane, Loris/Erikssen/Kane because them 3 are the only ones for me that would get into a top 4 side, all the rest have things to prove this year (Mason/Bentaleb are young enough to warrant being excluded from this)
Anyway hit me with the dislikes for being a realist

I'm actually an escaped rodent from a failed "conditioning" experiment.
That's why i support Spurs despite knowing that it will bring me nothing but pain and anguish in the long run.
Don't feel he raised any to merit a detailed response. Also, I have better things to do.
I think we are a decent back up striker and a starting DM away from actually being a top-4 contender. I think Pochettino's system works when the players are appropriate, and I think that we have a good, young squad which is going to be a lot better this year than last. Bentaleb especially.
I don't care who would, or wouldn't make it into the teams that finished in the top-4 last year. A team is an organic whole. I think ours can be good enough. It will require self-improvement, and will require everyone giving it their all, but we finished 5th last year. This team is not shit. It has flaws, but if those are addressed (and I think they will be) then the team which ravaged Chelsea, comprehensively beat the shit out of Woolwich and stomped all over WBA can be the expected level of performance, week-in and week-out.
