There're dozens of fullbacks across major european leagues that are streets ahead of them.
Rose was absolutely sensational against Man City. Unless Jordi Alba or Daniel Alaba fancy joining there aren't many (if any) better options.

Lamela, Chadli, Eriksen, Onomah, Njie, Pritchard, Son, Alli....

Too expensive for us now? We saw last summer what kind of money they commanded for De Bruyne - and it's not like Draxler is near the end of his contract.
To be fair, they were in the Champions League, competing near the top of the table and coming off the back of a very successful season by winning the German equivalent of the FA Cup, doing very well in the Bundesliga, all mostly down to de Bruyne so he was pretty much one of their most important players.
This season, Wolfsburg have been horrible. Terribly inconsistent, knocked out of the German equivalent to the FA Cup, probably won't get any further than the Quarter Finals of the Champions League and as it stands based on form probably not even going to get European football next season. They're not one of the richest clubs in the world and if someone like Spurs were to come in for Draxler, fresh off a successful season domestically and perhaps even in Europe, with hopefully CL football to offer, I think we could get him.
