And if he wasn’t playing regularly we wouldn’t have made it to the CL final

Think about that Stato

So that goes for Trippier too then? played more minutes of the quarters and semis than Sissoko..

We wouldn't have even made it out of our group if PSV hadn't managed to get more away at Inter than we did. We are in a Cl final because of players like Kane, Son, Eriksen, Alderweireld and Vertonghen (and Moura's one game heroics), even Winks, not just because of Sissoko.

Partly true, but you can't deny that Sissoko and Llorente were amazing this second half in Amsterdam, I rewatched it the other day and they both were bossing it (at least did all they could), no?

YES, I CALLED YOU A LIAR FFS..... HOW MANY MORE FUCKING TIMES???
What's that? can't hear you?

You made a claim and I repeatedly asked you to clarify using the clear definition of said accusation. You nibbled around the edges but at no point, until now, did you actually affirmatively respond. It's amazing that you would continue with your libelous claim without being able to name a gain or motive for a simple perceived misstatement of a factually correct statement.

If it was an innocent mistake, why double down?
What mistake? I am not sure I have made a mistake.

3 windows:
Summer 2018 - no one
Jan 2019 - no one
Summer 2019 - no one (thus far)

So suck it!!!! So there's your 3 windows and until we sign someone this window that will remain true. And at that point in time I will amend my statement...or it will be no longer relevant so I probably will not address it.

Going around with you is like Spurs playing Bournemouth. You play some pretty stuff against the lesser lights of the league but ultimately we know it will end in a 5 goal thrashing against the mighty Spurs. But keep chipping away and you might sneak a 1-nil at the death after suffering countless humiliations...but that will just be prologue to the next chapter of horrific beatings.

No more than Trippier was "bossing" it. Bossing would involve something reasonably intelligent and constructive, incisive and total control - no I didn't see much of that from Llorente or Sissoko. saw a team sitting on a 3-0 lead and another throwing the kitchen sink at it. I saw Llorente challenge for high balls and put himself about, I saw Sissoko doing his usual schtick, trundling about, but offering nothing particularly intelligent or incisive.

There was momentum, a wonderfully bonkers night of chaos that ended in an orgasmic finale - but bossing it suggests an element of quality, or control, of which there was very little (lets not forget they came as close to adding to their tally second half too), certainly form Llorente and Sissoko anyway.

I see, but I thought Llorente's hold up play was great and Sissoko was driving us forward from midfield, which we needed and which was Poch's game plan, no chance that we would've made that come back without them imo, but I agree that there was nothing De Bruyne-esque from Sissoko or world class from Llorente to be seen. ;) They just did a great job.

Hey Bill, good to see you back. Moths ok? I see you're back again cosigning the 'keep Tripps' party. Is that so he can pump them into Dzeko?

FFS doofus, get with the fucking program, Trippier is going to be converted to trequartista when Eriksen fucks off to Madrid, Sissoko is the new RB, haven't you heard, he can't play midfield any more since VVD scanned his brain (just in case you don't remember what happened away at Anfield this season, here's a clip of when Sissoko ran at VVD with the game at his mercy):

I was genuinely much more impressed by Eriksen that night, saw much more of the ball and did much more with it than Sissoko. He was pretty much on his own in midfield for much of that second half. And then we have the much maligned "embarrassment" Trippier, who created 5 chances (including a major part in one of the goals (that Llorente managed to miss from 2 yards out) which was as many as anyone on the pitch, and 4 more than Sissoko.

Eriksen's pass map from that game is remarkable. Seemed to be everywhere. But not a peep from most on here "it was all Sissoko" apparently...

I realize that, but in reality a middle of the pack club setting "any price they want" leaves as much chance of a Berahino situation as an outcome where they continue having their most valuable asset performing at his peak. No matter when the contract was signed and how many years it is.

Also, still doesn't explain why these figures are taken as gospel when anything else grabbed out of thin air and published by those tinpot journalists are taken with a big old cup of salt.
Zaha is basically the difference between Palace finishing mid table comfortably and a relegation scrap. From their end that price demand is more than acceptable considering the financial penalties of relegation.

I stopped reading there

Understandable. However:
20 yrs, 9 goals and 12 assists as an AM for Vitesse, only player not playing for PSV or Ajax in the team of the year in Eredivisie, 5th. highest rated in whoscored.com (above all the highly rated young players of Ajax). He has had a hell of a season. And it is not a fluke. And he's not just a tap-in merchant or set-pieces player. He'd probably be the most technical player here if we'd get him.
