He doesn't play the same position as Andre Gomes, if i was choosing a right back i know who i'd want playing there.

England right back only worth 20 million? He's not had a great season, along with others in the squad, but he's contributed to us getting 4th and winning C/L......

Some of you lot are fucking weird always slating our own players and wanting the next new shiny toy that you'll eventually one day probably slag off. After the last world cup a lot of people were raving about the guy, soon as he has a bad period you lot get on his back.

How much will it cost to replace him .... 20 million? Bollox

Of course he hasn't he's been injured and also had to play seconds to Ronaldo, so didn't get to take most of the fk's or be the focal point.

I want us to sign him so i can love it when he amazes for us, i'd hate it if he went to another prem club.

Trying to watch Jack Clarke highlights, but don't know the level of those he is playing against. Do footballers in Britain or Europe have to do timed sprints so we can really evaluate pace? In American football combines, every player at every position is timed. You know what you are getting in that department.

I'd be happy with...

RB Atal - Rapid/Affordable(ish)/Apparently pretty good
CM Ndombele - Dembele 2.0 (potentially) - will cost a shit load though.
CAM Fekir (especially if Eriksen fek(ir)s off to Madrid) - can also be used as a forward -same as Lucas and Sonny.

Get rid of Janssen, Wanyama, Trippier, Nkoudo as a minimum. Lamela possibly (I like him a lot but people are right. He is as frail as a 90 year old woman, constantly injured). Also Llorente if we get another forward - keep him if not.

If we kept Eriksen and Toby. We could get away with just bringing in Atal and Ndombele to be honest. We'd have a rock solid midfield and a decent right back. Grealish and Sessengon are nice squad depth options but neither will get into the first team straight away.

Kind of copying the City and Liverpool approach, but it has been successful. Dele is capable of playing centre mid, but i'd still like to see maybe Grealish, Gomes Tielemans in for depth, as well as strengthening other positions like attacking line.. Sessengon, Bowen, Ziyech?
