I agree that 4-3-3 is the way to go, especially if we manage to sign the targets Poch has.

NDombele
Winks - Lo Celso
That would be my first choice midfield 3, but if Lo Celso isn't pulled off then maybe a bid for Van De Beek? NDombele is a must, no two ways about it.

The only worry I have is where Dele fits in. Does he play as a forward alongside Kane and Son, or does he rotate with the midfield. As off a season he has had, not forgetting injuries, he is still a goal threat and usually chips in with 10 goals a season.

N'dombele is not a DM.

Lo celso pulled off...... :ledleylick:

You know different people can have different opinions, right? The forum is not a monolith
Yeah some people think the club is a shambles because it doesn’t sign players with a fully fit and in form squad.
Then they think a squad with numerous first team players leaving, one already sold, and many others woefully out of form and suffering from injuries only need one or two signings.

Each to their own...have your opinions.

I will enjoy the complete reversal of last summer, when you start claiming that spending big is not the way anymore.

Re Lo Celso, Betis this morning announced Rubi as their new manager, they'd been haggling compensation terms with Espanyol. That might speed things up a bit, presumably their DoF has had other things on his plate and can now dedicate himself to Daniel's urgent phone calls saying he'll pay top euro.

Tielemans has had an interview where he has stated things are moving well in terms of moving to his next club. He names Man Utd and Spurs, and says he is flattered by their interest and considers them both huge clubs.

To me that rules out a move to Leicester as he is talking up a move to one of United and Spurs.
