All I keep hearing from other fans is that it’s not in spurs DNA to spend.

Spurs don’t pay their players enough, they can’t compete.
Spurs can’t afford to spend they are going to be handicapped by the stadium for years.
I know it’s childish, signings flop and spending more doesn’t mean we will achieve more. . . But the thought of how scared the chavs and goons will be if we slap 130 mill down and bring in both Lo Celso/Bruno and N’dombele makes me wet in my nether regions.
