A few years ago, half the squad were “doing a Sissoko”...more rotation and certain players could excel and others learn that they need to step it up.
I would like him to stand by what he says more often and stop picking favorites no matter how shite they play.
I would like him to improve his weaknesses.....not sure why people think anyone who thinks he’s not perfect wants him sacked.

8 years of signings? but Klopp has not been their manager for 8 years, yes of course you need to sign players with a good plan and hence we have Poch for that. It’s about getting players you need to improve the team and for that you need clear direction.
As for Poch I am still not sure what you want, he is never going to be perfect, not is Pep or Klopp but surely you can see giving him better players with greater depth increases the chances of success.
In Ronaldo’s defence he is or at least was a incredible player.
