Transfers Summer 2020 Transfer Thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

You know the thing about fans of clubs who get taken over, leading to them to “fall out of love” with their club? Seems to happen because they no longer feel connected in the way they used to and they bugger off and start supporting a lower league team?

Any chance some of you cunts that think we should be spending a gazillion pounds every window can do the same? Always seats available at Stamford Bridge or the Etihad.

I’m 100% behind his decision. He’s probably got a four year contract somewhere at £60k a week and a signing on fee waiting for him, so maybe £15m? Yet he should risk a broken leg for a club that would drop him like a stone if he wasn’t performing to expectation? Not for me.

BBC.

Winger Ryan Fraser has declined a contract extension at Bournemouth to cover the remainder of the season.

It means he will not be eligible for matches after 30 June.

Assuming the thought it that he can improve when playing alongside better players? You know the reality of our strategy - we don’t generally sign players who are a significant obvious upgrade on what we have, we sign players who could be.

Yes, because there is nearly 0% chance of getting Jordan and Pippen at the same time with arguably the best coach without spending gazillions of money. (in the EPL)
Part of the problem we have been mentioning. Levy doesn't think there's a correlation between spending & success. So no hope for us with him there of success.
