They do that everywhere don't they?

When I worked in Basingstoke there was a fucking great big hill on the entrance to an industrial estate, no houses, no pedestrians, no schools anywhere near and they camped behind a hedge right at the bottom. You had to apply the brakes not to coast over 30 the hill was so steep.

It always just been a revenue stream.
It's also illegal I believe.

I could be wrong, but I do believe that they are required to set up on level ground, with advanced warning signage out. Hiding to ping motorists isn't allowed, that's why the static cameras all had to be painted bright yellow, with advanced warning signs posted repeatedly.

If you get pinged, get out of the car and photograph their position, the walk the length of the road, at least 100m, both ways, to see where the advanced warning signs are. If you find none, take a perspective photo showing there are none. If they've put them beside their vehicle then photograph that as well. You can also ask them to provide the calibration certificate for the gun FOR THAT DAY. I guarantee you they won't have one.

If you do all of this, it's highly unlikely that you'll get anything through the door 3 months later.

They rely on the ignorance of motorists to get away with this. Make a point of reading up on what they are allowed to do, you'll likely save yourself a lot of money and points, even if you are speeding.

Unfortunately that’s just part of the nature of being a bigger club. Selling a player from Spurs to Bologna (to choose a mooted Aurier destination) is more difficult than the other direction.

Difficult for us, impossible for a United or Chelsea.

I'd also say that, as long as we're bringing Royal in, shifting Aurier is not that big a deal either way. He's only has 1 year remaining, and we can not use him if we don't want.

I will find it strange if we dont pull a loan deal for a CM or ST. It's clearly an area we wanted to strengthen. So what if Winks doesn't play this season we need to improve.

This one in one out bollocks is small time.

Should be taking low risk punts like Woolwich's Odegaard/Ceballos loan deals or even another Vini type deal. There has to be plenty out there.
