Hitchin was made "technical performance director" when Birch was appointed.

If Kane were to go, I would bring in Ings.
If Kane leaves I would love to see us try to bring in a top young guy like a Patson Daka. Could easily bring him in with Ings as well.
We have heard so much about those kind of guys not wanting to come and sit behind Kane but I think our best chance to "replace" Kane is to get a young guy before he breaks out to become elite.
