I know all my using players to make weight this summer proposals likely won't through and I am not fully sure of their MF needs, but Ndombele would be a great fit at Barcelona and they have some interesting players that could be used to balance out some of the cash payment that would be involved.
I sincerely hope Barca agree.

Willing to give all bar Winks, Sissoko, Sanchez, Dier, Aurier, Lamela, Docherty another crack

Those 6 in particular have been here far to long stinking us out and underperforming. And Docherty is just fucking wank

Others I'll give a chance under new management to improve.

Our rebuild depends on keeping the few players who look decent here anyway

No doubt the bald cunt will sell Kane and the few others who look decent over the next couple years and keep the shite

I don't disagree with your list, but I suspect Dier won't be shipped off anywhere and after the season we've had, Doherty will be given a second year to see if he can come good (for what it's worth I think we should just cut our losses on that one, but there we go).

The status of some of their contracts actually forces some of those exits, which is probably not the worst thing in the world because it stops Levy being a coward with the squad. Sissoko, Lamela, and Aurier only have a year left if I recall correctly.

Well it did use hindsight, other wise you wouldn't have said...

'Isn't hindsight grand? In hindsight, I shouldn't have gone to grad school and accrued 140k in debt, but hey such is life'

I am moving on, just stating facts mate

Facts that are in the past and offer up nothing but fruitless what ifs.

What if Sissoko didn't raise his hand. He did. What if Levy bought refreshments, he didn't. Pointless discussion that we all get caught up in and just burn energy that could be used elsewhere.

I think our current players are better individually than they are getting credit for.

But the team is hopelessly unbalanced . Offensively we employ so many ball-carriers:
Son, Moura, Lo Celso, Bergwijn, Lamela, Bale, Sissoko (and to a certain degree Ndombele).

All of them are very good at running with the ball - and all of them want to run with the ball.

But when we use many of them at the same time ,the consequence is obvious: we just can't get a good passing game going, because so few of the offensive players are of the "passing" skill- and mindset.

We need to cut down on the ridiculous amount of runners and hire more well-rounded players if we want to improve this team offensively

This comes down to having an transfer and scouting team integrated with a style of play and tactics that the manager can implement. So you sign the right type of players that the manager can use to implement his style. We have none of that.

We need an identity, a way of playing then go out and find players that fit that identity. Easier said than done though, especially with Levy and his cronies pulling the strings.
