It’s not all about stats. Grealish does a lot with the ball to build attacks.
If this story is true...I am not saying he can't develop at Galatasaray but I find it a bit strange that they loan him out to a Turkish club rather than an English EPL club (or even a championship club), where he could get used to playing regularly in the EPL and get used to its "style".

I think you’re right actually about us needing a midfielder. Partly because Dele is too much of a risk in midfield, even as a back up (his best position is support striker rather than mid, even if he recovers form).
What about Tchouameni?
Grealish also stands out and lifts his more pedestrian teammates, where Dele, I think his supporters and detractors would agree, excelled amid the structure and the stress on the opponent created by the peak Poch team.
It’s natural to see what’s become of Dele’s career and re-evaluate what we saw before. Grealish’s stock could yet rise or fall in a similar way.
I think Grealish is a more valuable commodity today than Dele ever was, but it’s not by miles.

Its all about "new toys are shinier" is what its about. Dele has had some struggles recently, and yet he's still produced more efficiently than Grealish.
I don't have anything against Grealish. I wanted him a few summers ago at around what, £30M? But £100M you're having a fucking laugh.
Peak Dele > peak Grealish. And Dele is nearly a year younger. I'd back Dele to get back to good before I spent even £60M on fucking Grealish. Grealish is just Barkley Mk. II, he's gonna disappear at Citeh.
