Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I’d be frustrated to see Bergwijn leave without having had a proper run of games. Seeing some of the drivel that’s been served up this season, no idea why he hasn’t had more of a committed run out, even if only as a sub on 65 minutes.

Went to QPR v Derby and thought Malcolm Ebiowei on the right wing looked a class above the other players, seemed to have more time on the ball always a good sign; might be worth a punt.

Adeyemi is a player who Spurs have been linked with but it looks as if Bor Dortmund has beaten off a few top clubs for his signature.
It's good to see a player who's not going for the biggest paycheck. Despite of losing Haaland (well, most probably), it looks as if they may have a stronger team next season, with the addition of Niklas Süle, Schlotterbeck and Adeyemi (not confirmed yet though).

Manchester United 'failed in bid to hijack Karim Adeyemi's move to Borussia Dortmund' because Red Bull Salzburg starlet 'rejected their huge £150,000-a-week contract offer'

  • Red Bull Salzburg striker Karim Adeyemi is in line to join Borussia Dortmund
  • Man United reportedly attempted to persuade the Germany star to join them
  • The Red Devils are believed to have offered Adeyemi around £150,000 per week
  • But the forward turned it down because he 'always wanted' to sign for Dortmund
Manchester United failed in an attempt to hijack Borussia Dortmund's bid to sign Red Bull Salzburg forward Karim Adeyemi despite offering the Germany international a huge £150,000 per week, reports claim.

The Red Devils are set to make huge changes to their squad when incoming boss Erik ten Hag leaves Ajax and takes over at Old Trafford this summer, and a new forward will likely be on his list of targets.

But one player United will not be getting through the door is Salzburg starlet Adeyemi - according to German sports reporter Patrick Berger - who says United 'tried to hijack' his move to Dortmund with a 'top offer' of £150,000 per week.

Think keeper Sam johnstone will be first signing on a free. Then that Spence from forest. Bastoni, martinez, turkey left back. Would like a midfield maestro or two as well. Being greedy would like a game changer player who's a free kick specialist as well.

Contract to 2026.

On 31 August 2018, Barcelona loaned Cucurella to fellow La Liga side SD Eibar, for one year with a 2 million buyout clause.[8] At the end of his loan, Eibar exercised Cucurella's clause, making him a permanent player for the Basque team; along with the transfer, Barcelona added a €4 million buyback option.[9]

Getafe

On 16 July 2019, after just sixteen days as a permanent Eibar player, Barcelona triggered Cucurella's €4 million buyback clause,[10] only to loan him out to Getafe CF two days later for the incoming season, with an option to buy for €10 million and 10% of the rights remaining to Barça.

On 3 March 2020, Getafe triggered his option to buy for €10 million. The club fully exercised his option to buy on 30 June.

Brighton & Hove Albion

On 31 August 2021, Cucurella joined BHA on a five-year contract. Reported fee £16m.

Bit confusing...
