Both Kulu and Bentancur add to the team, when you look at some of our purchases of late we have signed individual players (Berj and Nelson come to mind) who add little to the team as a whole.
Paratici appears to be doing the former and finding players Conte want to fit into his system rather than players who we should try and fit in and adjust.
