Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I don't have any particular names in mind. But I suspect that we will be targeting a few big/biggish free agent names this summer. And fatten the window with some promising younger names.

Seen a bunch of names being thrown around for a LCB, however no mentions of Laporte whatsoever... A cheeky bid for him maybe? According to City fans, him and Dias can't play together, so if someone was to be sold, it most likely would be Laporte.
Should Laporte leave City, he's surely going back to Spain (Barca or Atletico).

If not, it'll be Bayern, PSG, Inter (if they lose De Vrij/Skriniar), or maybe Juve (if Giorgio retires/De Ligt goes).

But no way he'd come to us/we'd be able to afford him.

He’d definitely improve us. The big question is the price. Is he worth 60m ?
An improvement on the likes of Lucas and Bergwijn yes, but if we're gonna spunk 50m+ we need better than him.

You can only put 11 players on the pitch at a time.

Conte knows how to get the best out of him.
Conte won't make him stop missing each chances. PL is also a big step up from Serie A. Trust me, I watched him for Argentina a lot, he usually ends up being on the score sheet, but it's like Lukaku for Belgium, it's deceptive.

I'm convinced that with Harry's renaissance, he'll be moving on in the summer, regardless of price. It will take a few seasons for us to get back to champions league games, and then only if Daniel spends and AC stays. Harry will be 30+ by then and I don't think he'll wait around with all these "ifs". I don't see Levy changing enough to bring the necessary players to the club in the near future. So long as any transfer is done with grace, dignity and professionalism, then I would wish him well. I would like him to stay, obviously but he deserves some titles and a place in football history.

City and United are the the only two plausible teams he could go to and I think City have moved on now, United could possibly be looking for a striker.

Anyway there's reports of him wanting to weigh up the situation at Spurs before he commits his future which is completely fair, think he stays in the Summer as long as Conte is here and he's fully invested in the manager but we will see what he does in regards to signing a new contract going forward.

It's great for us that Gil and Gio are seemingly doing well in Spain.

I'd hope we do the sensible thing and leverage one of them for Pau Torres. Is Kounde still available?

It would be a bit of a shame to part ways with Gil already but if it helps up upgrade the first XI massively it should be done.

Sounds familar but once again our biggest needs are:
- LCB
- CF
- CM
-RWB

The key things we must do are upgrade Davies, Winks and Doherty/Emerson's roles in the team.

We also need someone who can do the hold up duties in Kane's absence. I think we are pretty stacked for wide forwards now.

In addition to a LCB first teamer (ideally Torres), we sell two of Rodon/Sanchez/Tanganga and get another quality CB option.

A quality CM to add to Skipp, Bentancur, Hojbjerg.

4 in. Easy.

Lo Celso fine; but I really like watching Gil.

Son is nearly 30- Gil is our future at LW!

If we are going with 5-3-2

----------------Lloris---------------
---Romero---Dier----_____------
____---------------------------Reggie
------Skipp-_____---Bentancur---
-----------Kane---Son-------------

if its 3-4-3

_____--------------------------Reggie
-----------Skipp---Bentancur-----
----_____----------------------Son--
-----------------Kane--------------

Lot of things I'm not sold on. Not sure which one of Dier or Davies meed replacing as starters. Ideally both as starters but I would rather us get 1 really good CB instead of 2 decent ones....so I've gone with us bringing in a LCB over a Dier type CB.

RWB we would need one for sure regardless of formation.

Not 100% sold on Skipp and Bentancur being the starting CMs in a midfield 2 as well. Happy for them forming 2 of the 3 providing the 3rd is more Box to box type (as well as being creative).

Think an another attacking mid AMR is vital if we are going with 3-4-3 and I wouldn't kind that to be Sarr at Watford should they go down.

obviously need a back up striker regardless of formation as well.

Lo Celso, N'dombele, Sanchez or Rodon, Doherty, Winks and Tanganga to help fund:

* 1back up GK
* 1 starting CB
* 1 starting RWB
* 1 starting CM or AMR
* 1 back up ST
It's likely Conte won't be given enough to address all our issues, but as long as we can sort out the absolute priorities like RWB, LCB and backup ST, that's already a positive.

In that sense, I'm cool with Dier & Reggy in the starting 11. But if Levy was willing to unlock the big chest, it'd be ace to bring in a better starting option than Eric and move him to the bench...though I have a feeling his ego couldn't handle that hit. Same with Reggy, who on top of that cost us loads. But if we could sell him back to Real or elsewhere for a tidy 30 ish mil and bring in an upgrade (not that tough a task), that'd give us a real solid back 5/3+2 (obvs if we've also sorted sorted RWB & LCB). If I could only pick one, I'd save Dier and replace Reggy.

I'm with you re Bentancur & Skippy as our starting CM. I know Conte said Roddy is much better in a duo than trio, but if the opportunity was there to bring in a quality creator (please, not Dybala), I don't think he'd be against playing 3 CM. Or maybe Kulu is our 3rd man as sort of an 8/10 hybrid?

Re your outgoings, I'd like to keep Rodon...and see him play! Tangs is good from the perspective that he's club-trained but if a decent offer came in, I'd happily sell him and give his spot to a better HG player (can't be that hard to find). I still see value in Winksy but as with Tangs, if someone's willing to cough up 10-15 mil, I'm fine with him leaving.
