Am I mistaken that Spence is on loan to Forest b/c he can't beat out Isaiah Jones (who's less than a year older than Spence) at Boro for 1st-choice RWB?
Would Dybala fit with our squad? I can't see him taking a squad role, even though he'd play a lot since he's the only legitimate backup option to Kane, Son, and Dejan.

i would def look at felix situation at atletico too
I'm not saying anyone is "stupid" for thinking we can get 6-8 in, but it seems like it would be a massive accomplishment for the club to successfully complete all that business in one window. They just don't seem all that motivated to make these kind of mass changes.
To your quoted points:
-I don't think ST #2 is coming as long as we have Kane- Son and maybe even Kulusevski can line up there if Kane gets injured. (Sidenote, but I see a lot of the same False 9 type qualities and potential for good ST play in Kulu as in Kane- good passing and size, etc).
-I don't really know why we'd need Eriksen anymore. I don't think he can do the required job in our CM 2. He's not a wingback. And I don't trust his fitness/pace as RW/LW.
-GK #2 from somewhere, and veteran CM on a free would be great business to complement the major purchases of RWB and LCB. If we found money to buy a top CM, in addition to RWB and LCB, that would be a real statement of intent from Levy imo. I just put the option of vet CM on a free out there because I think some combo of Skipp, Bentancur, and PEH can become a top CM2 rotation, and we can afford to wait for Sarr to come good or not before re-spunking at CM.
Other than ST#2 and Eriksen, it all seems to make sense to me.
I cannot believe they would possibly sell Felix. He's not had the greatest year, but considering how old Suarez and Griezmann are, they would be insane to do it.
There's nothing in it and I think spence is slightly better defensively (though neither are brilliant ) as I understand it Spence attitude was the deciding factor. For the record it would not put me off arrogance in a sports man is not bad of it self. Both are behind Lamptey for me but both are better for Conte than Doherty and Emerson.
In addition Spence really sells himself for Liverpools goal yesterday Doherty would have been getting pelters.

My point was only ever that if we managed to tick all 6 boxes (and no duds!) then we'd have done exceptionally well.
- Kinda agree about the ST situ.... It's a weird, somewhat 'fluid' situation atm; a lot depending on whether Conte settle on 343 or 352. If the latter, we need to stock up on MFs & Defenders; if 343 then a versatile player that can play AM and ST would go a long way. Mainly I don't relish some hard reset where Kane leaves where we have some raw 20 year old up top learning on the job.
- Eriksen; I'm kinda the opposite. For the last 6 months I've just seen it as silly nostalgia, but having seen him back in the flesh in the EPL so long as he physically copes with the remainder of the season, then for free he would be an excellent piece of business as depth/rotation..... Can offer quality in 3 different roles and would hit the ground running as he knows the league, club and most importantly Conte.
Ultimately about quality > quantity for me though..... The idea of some huge revamp is computer game talk IMO. Kulu and B'cur should have taught people a valuable lesson; but alas some lessons never get learned.
