This is spot on. The hype some of these players get is incredible. Then you look at their stats and its like 2 goals, 3 assists over a season at 21/22 years of age. Said it before but if Moore wasnt ours, or Vuskovic at 18 and 19 respectively fans would be doing somersaults if we were even so much as linked. Good stats, young players of the season, Vuskovic team of the season. But we're already onto wanting the next shiny new toy. Firmly in the buy quality or trust some of our own youngsters to fill squad places. Could add Devine as well.
Yeah il be honest with you mate this chasing numbers output is getting really boring.

Gordon just went to Barca for 75 mil...he scored 3 non penalty goals in 24 starts

Doku has 5 prem goals all season...5...he scored 4 of them in his last 6 games....so from December to April, he scored 1 goal....1.

Meanwhile Tel has scored 4 goals in 13 starts which actually when you look at it, isnt too shabby at all.....but he's proper shit apparently.

If you look at stats and nothing else, sure. But that's not how football works.

Tel also had a v similar strike to his great goal that was heading top corner again, but unfortunately blocked. He was also putting in some dangerous crosses.

My biggest issue w him is he starts well, but fades too quickly. Stamina? Anyway, hope we keep. Really think there’s a good player there under RDZ.

Real bid 150m euros for Alvarez? Crazy. Would be great for us - they could send it all to London in a double swoop for Romero and Solanke.
Perez is a crook lol. Promised a 150m signing, got into power and then the bid gets rejected shortly after

Real Madrid CF announces that, following today’s Board of Directors meeting, it has made an offer of 150 million euros to Club Atlético de Madrid for the federative rights of the player Julián Álvarez,” the statement said.

“After studying and evaluating it, Atlético de Madrid has thanked the club for the offer, made within the framework of the good relations existing between both clubs, and has rejected it, referring to the player’s release clause.”

It was all planned, Perez can say he tried and Atletico can tell Barca to fuck off even more lol.

Spurs put out a video of every goal scored last season and we really were the Kudus-team under Frank. He was really good before being run into the ground because the only cover was BJ who Frank binned (the only sensible thing he did)

Kudus is gravity player because of his 1v1 ability. Teams are scared of his ability to beat players and change shape when he has the ball.

Another very good 1v1 player in Savio will 100% cause teams problems. The problem for us will be converting that threat into goals
Kudus was actually providing quite a few assists. My biggest concern w him is whether he will follow RDZ on quick ball movement. With this system and another dangerous option across from him, his G/A numbers should grow considerably. But he has to be open to this style of play.

IMO, he did amazingly well given Frank’s system.

of course... i guess its why Richarlison gets a pass by a lot of Spurs fans when hes the worst footballer in the league.

Tel is capable of having a very good career and already affecting games...did you not see his overheard kick?

Jokes aside he does beat his man half the time and is a decent crosser based on the eye test and the numbers back this up....which is better than most of the league.

He has more to learn for sure but im struggling to see who is actually the "one" we should sign as LW

Which is why im happy with Savinho as the alternatives just aren't there
