Why do I feel like Madders was relegated twice?
Or someone else we already have was?
He can play both sides. And who knows when Kudus, Kulu, Odobert, and any other injured outside player will be back. We should be looking for another starter. Kudus can also play centrally. Build a proper team with players who fight for starting spots.
People forget Mitoma was not the finished article when arriving at Brighton. And look up Mbappe's defensive contributions, they're the worst in Europe with even keepers rating higher than him.
My son was saying earlier that he's averaged one defensive contribution every 5 games.
As you say, there's no such thing as sure fire, it's all about fit for the team and I do think Sav fits what we need right now and is young enough to be polished by RDZ.
Maybe I'm wrong but I'm not going to shit on him just yet and I'm looking forward to seeing what the gaffer can do with him.
Can't help feeling he's had his one hot season and isn't worth looking atWould like Wilson, decent player who can provide cover and chip with goals and assists
Quite literally the English Pirlo.Wharton is absolutely incredible on the ball but without the ball, he’s barely a premier league player. You need 2 athletes next to him in MF to do the running and that limits what type of 10 you can play
Still a game changer with the ball though. In Spain or Italy he’d be unreal
I can honestly see us going into the season with Solanke, Parrott (bought back at a discount) and Lankshear as our three strikers.Up front we never replaced Johnson, need to replace Richie & Muani
Sadly we'd be lucky to replace just one of them. And I'm including Solanke as well.Up front we never replaced Johnson, need to replace Richie & Muani- so yes need 3 players. We are not sure if Kula, Kudus & Odebert will play much early season & so maybe more although we have Moore.
People start threads on here if they even read a guy’s name online. Not believing any Savinho rumours until he has a thread on here...!
I ain't that old.

Sadly we'd be lucky to replace just one of them. And I'm including Solanke as well.
Might be the weakest attack I can think of in the 37 years of supporting Spurs.
You mean like Senesi & Van Hecke opted for the better option? But sure things will have much better options than us right now. Chelsea, Woolwich and Liverpool all want a LW...
Or play him in a system where we keep the ball and he'll be fine.Wharton is absolutely incredible on the ball but without the ball, he’s barely a premier league player. You need 2 athletes next to him in MF to do the running and that limits what type of 10 you can play
Still a game changer with the ball though. In Spain or Italy he’d be unreal
