Not sure I believe it. I’d bet Tosin is bang up for coming to Spurs.
I’m not suggesting we sign a like for like replacement. Bentancur is coming back from a very serious injury snd I would expect very little from him this season. If Bentancur is not available what is our next best replacement for Bissouma? Skipp? PEH? they can’t anything close to what Bissouma has done in the last 2 games

I can think of one or two reasons to choose Monaco over North london
Poch is fortunate the run of fixtures for Chelsea over the next 6 or so games are pretty easy going

What you need to replace is the goals, not the player. I know it's only 2 games, but we're averaging 2 goals a game and more importantly 2.0 xG per game. That's .5 xG higher than last season and we're not even clicking yet.
So I think we'll be fine.

I would bet against this prediction a couple of weeks ago but I think you might be right tbf, the whole team is practically new, this season needs to be a potential write off regarding expectations but we all know chelsea managers are never afforded that luxury....
