The only benefit we need is to get him out of the building. If that means agreeing to a loan where a club pays part of his salary and we forgo a loan fee then so be it. It's the last resort but we really are near that stage with about 1 day of the window left.

We are only allowed to loan 7 players out at one time, so far we have loaned out 5 (Parrott, Devine, Scarlett, Spence and Rodon) and we still have Tanganga, Ndombele, Reguilon, Sanchez, Hojbjerg, Peresic on our books who the club are trying to get rid of, you do the math(s)

There's 0 point loaning out Dier because he has no value in his market because he's essentially going to be free next year and the manager doesn't want to use him this season hence why we need to sell him.

Think u21's and club trained players are
exempt from the 7, could be wrong. But that would be Parrott, Devine, Scarlett, Tanganga.

Tanganga and Ndombele could fill the other two loan spots I guess

Well it seems we are stuck with Dier for his final year then because as I said noone seems to want to buy him. Unless we are willing to accept a small fee, like 1-3 mill just to get him out of the door. That might alert a few more interested buyers
