Wolves wanted £60 million when he was fit doing well it's never changed that's always been his price agent mendes of course. He's the one who pulls all the strings down wolves and one of the biggest crooks going

Neto’s last three premier league season appearances are 20, 18, 13 which ought to be a massive red flag to us.

Three different injuries across those seasons. Strangely.

Wouldn't say he is injury prone (Reece James and Luke Shaw are the sort of players who are injury prone), but he's been harshly unlucky with some brutal injuries. Missing 250+ days with a knee injury and 100+ with an ankle injury are just annoyances.

Kane used to regularly miss 16 or so games a season for us in his early days. So theres still hope for Neto to have a lengthy career if he's smart and the club's he plays for treat him well.

O'Neil admitted last season they took a risk with Neto knowing he felt tight in his hamstring.... Played him and he then went and tore it... That's just stupid managerial decisions.

Problem with that is that spamming crosses into the box is a very low % football and not conducive to dominating games, much as it might suit Richarlison.

Another point is that, in order to get the ball to your wingers in a dangerous position for them to deliver a cross you need good possession play, and for that you need a striker who can contribute with his back to goal. It's all linked.
yea thats true, you dont wanna spam it with crosses, but weve gone the other way and dont put in half the amount we should.

we need an entire new front 3 really. replace richarlison with the best striker in the world and the wide players are still not gonna cut the mustard.

Neto's injury history is so weird. If you look its not a recurring injury to the same part of the body. His recent hamstring problem is the most concerning for sure, but its not like he's repeatedly torn an ACL or injured an ankle over and over. Its is a little worrying that seems when he does get injured its always major.
he looks like someone who would be injured a lot in a physically demanding league, hes quite slight and hes aggressive and direct when he has the ball.

It's a good penalty because it was beyond the reach of the keeper, who dived the right way.

Can you imagine the pelters he'd have got if he missed though? I reckon he'd have stayed in Germany had that happened, he'd have been lynched over here!

Yeah maybe but it is the way he takes them, it’s not like he just decided to take it like that
