Looks like it's going to be a Walk in the Park against that bunch of no-hopers.

They are just trying extra hard in that tournament because they know, in their heart of hearts, that they don't stand a chance against the Thomas Frank Tottenham Freight Train.

However, a FIFA rule could mean that PSG could be severely understrength against Tottenham in the Super Cup clash.

The Parisians are involved in the Club World Cup and with FIFA stipulating that players be given a minimum of three weeks of rest after any major tournament, some of PSG’s star players could be undercooked or potentially even rested for the final against Spurs.

The showpiece game will be played in Guglielmo Vicario’s home town of Udine, at the Stadio Friuli, which is also where the goalkeeper made his debut for Italy last year.

Additionally, Tottenham are the eighth English team to qualify for the Super Cup and seven of them have gone on to win the competition, namely Liverpool, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Nottingham Forest.

Surely we roll out the old back 5 against PSG and try hit them on the counter. Nice to be adaptable again! I think 4-3-3 would have made for an exciting game but we would have conceded at least 4 goals! Hopefully we sign some players to improve on the below but my current thinking would be this.

Vicario
Porro Romero Danso VDV Udogie
Bergval Bentancur Maddison
Johnson Solanke
