Back in the 90s I was part of Hereford Spurs Club. We used to be able to make block bookings for a coachload of our members to all sit together at WHL.

I imagine the days when supporters clubs were able to do this kind of thing are well gone?! It's almost comical thinking how easy it was to buy tickets in those days compared to the demand there is today

Yep was scandalous though how they got dibs over "non-supporter club" members which was why it fell apart I think. Remember a cup final (might have been the league cup final in Cardiff) where supporters clubs were dealt easily ahead of other members with no basis of 'loyalty' considered. Once the loyalty point scheme took hold those types of benefits for supporter clubs were lost, and subsequently many lost numbers or folded.

I still like the idea of joining a supporters club for the social or travel aspect, definitely would do if I lived abroad or far away - just a bit pointless in Hertfordshire where everyone is Spurs anyway
