I avoid this thread. Its repetitive and circular as a joke about how round Ndombele is. Sonny, Bale, Villa, he is in a wonderful tradition of players written off by s fan base that's way too quick to judge. I broke my moratorium on this thread because I saw the Athletic article quoted. It's good and a balanced peice. I look forward greatly to the player becoming central to our success.

Thanks for that. 47.6 m euro to sterling today is £42.5 mill.
Widely and incorrectly reported fee was £54 mill.
Levy fanboys on here have peddled that to be 60-65m in fact

It seems that is combined what we paid for both Lo Celso and Ndombele

McDonalds only reopened yesterday tbf.

Although it doesn't matter how slim he is if he doesn't change his attitude and improve his performances on the pitch. Maradona was a tubby genius who inspired Napoli to a title.

Can't really tell too much from that photo tbh, he can prove me wrong by putting 100% effort for a prolonged period of time if football ever gets back...he could maybe show off his six pack/top level footballer physique after he scores a wonder goal to prove everyone wrong like (a 33 year old) Ginola did at Villa.
