Article The Drum

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

You can put Spurs fan tv or whatever they call themselves in there aswell. Another nail in the coffin.

Clackers at EPL games to drown out opposition fans.... The premier league will get what it deserves, then the big guns will bail out into a European super league to "save" football.

the Drum was just embarrassing. which idiot had that great idea? the same idiot that banned the drummer from WHL?

And those bloody clackers at Leciester and elsewhere. If they banned Vuvuselas, surely clackers should go too

To be fair to the club, they tried something to help the atmosphere re the vastness of Wembley, they heard the reactions the drum was getting 1st half and we never heard it again. At least they didn't drag it out for weeks or god forbid, the entire season. They even apologised for it on various communications, saying "we tried, it didn't work, we stopped".

I have a mate who is a West Ham fan and even he had the audacity to take the piss about the drum. I politely reminded him he is stuck with his shit tip bowl for another 98 years whilst we only have to endure 9 months of ours.

Agree - love that we were on top of it and responded swiftly.

I think the club are trying to do the right thing in terms of atmosphere at home games. The drum was a well meant error but one that they admitted. We have pretty decent stewarding and did have at WHL. The club has also defended fans on e.g. the Y word issue. The new stadium will be the real test. If it does become purely happy clappy families and popcorn then football has died. Let's wait and see.
